A Vision Born from Transformation
At its heart is JJ Holley, a retired Air Force Major, a world traveler, and a man who knows firsthand the power of resilience. After 27 years of service—including multiple combat tours—JJ battled personal struggles, living as a high-functioning alcoholic while achieving professional success. Hitting rock bottom on the other side of the world, he made the hardest yet most life-changing decision: to choose himself, to choose sobriety, and to build a future filled with purpose.
That choice led him to West Paris, Maine, and to Ripple Retreat—a place where others can find connection, celebrate life, and support a greater mission.
