The Journey: Our 3-Phase Plan
Every detail has been lovingly considered to nurture connection—with ourselves, each other, and the land.
Phase 1 – Rooting the Dream (2024–2025)
Laying the groundwork: clearing and preparing the land, building essential infrastructure, building the outdoor stage & digging the pond.
Outdoor stage & heart pond
This wooden stage was completed in 2022 and used for the first Ripple fundraiser.
Infrastructure work
From the first piece of wood used, to digging trenches for laying down pipes under what is now the stage.
Phase 2 – Growth (2025–2026)
This next phase prepares existing spaces to welcome guests, host movement, and nourish community.
🔨 Renovating Studio 22, our dedicated yoga and movement space, to provide a peaceful and inspiring environment for practice
🏡 Transforming the existing house into comfortable lodging:
Renovating two kitchens to accommodate guests and retreat hosts
Adding two additional bedrooms to expand our capacity for overnight stays
Brings new life to the spaces already on the land, expanding their use
This phase lays the groundwork for intimate retreats, wellness workshops, and meaningful gatherings.
Phase 3 – Full Bloom (2026–2027)
The final phase adds comfort, flow, and visual beauty to the retreat as a whole—bringing the Ripple vision to life.
🏗️ Insulating and re-roofing the barn, preserving its structure for future use
🏊♀️ Installing a peaceful indoor swimming pool, usable year-round
🏡 Adding a welcoming wraparound porch for quiet moments, shared meals, and connection
🚗 Creating expanded parking areas to welcome guests with ease 🏕️ Add six tent spaces for the adventurous retreats
🧘 The creation of a large outdoor yoga/ceremony space in the woods overlooking the pond
Full-scale programming begins in April 2027, marking the grand opening
